资源型地区中小企业发展战略创新研究

摘　　要：企业发展战略对企业具有重要意义。在资源型地区,那些已经消失和将要消失的中小企业都有个共同的缺陷——"有战无略""边战边略"或"先战后略",忽视甚至根本没有进行发展战略研究和创新。从长远大局看,企业家高度重视、抓住发展的本质、遵循科学原则,是资源型地区推动中小企业发展战略研究和创新的必然选择。Enterprise development strategy has great significance for Enterprise. In resource-based regions, those small and medium-sized enterprises which have disappeared and are about to disappear have a common fatal flaw： ＂have fighting but lack strategy＂, ＂while war and strategy＂ or ＂war first and strategy second ＂, ignore or even without development strategy research and innovation. From the perspective of long-term, entrepreneurs＇ great attention, seizing the essence of development and following the principle of scientific development strategy are the the inevitable choices for the resource-based region to promote the development strategy research and innovation of small and medium-sized enterprise.
