摘　　要：文章以社会网络分析法的相关理论为基础,以清华同方电视官方微博"#科技有意思#"话题为研究对象,利用网络爬虫、中文分词、Gephi等社会网络分析工具对企业知识共享结构特征、网络中心性和传播媒介进行实证研究。通过"#科技有意思#"话题的实证分析,发现该企业知识共享网络为松散网络,有利于显性知识共享,同时移动端的知识共享网络表现为无标度网络,非移动端为小世界网络。Based on the theory of social network analysis, this paper took ＂ # Technology is interesting #＂ topic of Tsinghua Tongfang TV official microblog as the research object and made empirical research of the structure char- acteristics, network centrality and communication medium using social network analysis tools such as Web crawler, Chinese word segmentation, Gephi etc. Through the analysis of ＂# Technology is interesting #＂ the authors found this enterprise knowledge sharing network is loose network and it is in favor of explicit knowledge sharing. Mobile terminal knowledge sharing network is scale - free network and that of non - mobile terminal is small world network.
