以循证为依托的中西医结合护理在过敏性紫癜患儿中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨以循证为依托的中西医结合护理在过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿中的应用价值。方法:选取HSP患儿74例,随机分为对照组与观察组。两组均予相同治疗,对照组患儿实施西医优质护理,观察组在对照组基础上以循证为依据实施中西医结合干预护理。观察两组患儿住院时间及各症状消失时间,并对比护理后两组患儿生活质量。结果:对照组患儿住院时间及各症状消失时间与观察组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿护理后生活质量各指标评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:过敏性紫癜患儿中应用以循证为依托的中西医结合护理干预,能有效改善患儿临床症状,提高其生活质量。Objective： To explore application value of traditional Chinese medicine transfer intervention model in children with henoch-schonlein purpura（HSP）, based on evidence-based nursing. Methods： The 74 children with HSP were randomly divided into control and observation groups. The patients were given the same treatment in two groups. The patients were high quality western medicine nursing in control group, and the observation group were added traditional Chinese medicine transfer intervention model based on evidence-based nursing on the basis of the control group. Hospitalization and disappearance time of each symptom were observed, and quality of life was compared after nursing between the two groups. Results： Compared with the observation group, hospitalization and disappearance time of each symptom in the control group were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Scores of quality of life were significantly different after nursing in the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Application in children with allergic purpura, the nursing of TCM and cultivate intervention model based on evidence-based, can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life.
