摘　　要：本文对宁夏农林科学院院属5个科技企业的协同创新情况进行调研,具体分析了企业协同创新现状及存在的主要问题,探讨了企业协同创新的战略思考及有效模式,提出针对制定农业科技企业的相关优惠政策、构建适宜农业科技企业协同创新的机制等对策建议。By studying five science and technology enterprises collaborative innovation of Ningxia academy of agriculture and forestry sciences, this paper analyzed situation and problems of enterprise collaborative innovation, explored strategies and effective modes of it, proposed countermeasures on how to set preferential policies and formulate mechanism suitable for agricultural S＆T enterprise collaborative innovation.
