摘 要:【目的】为了解藏鸡及彭县黄鸡中沙门氏菌的耐药性情况和差异,对样品中的沙门氏菌进行分离鉴定与药敏试验。【方法】运用CHR Magar显色培养基与微量生化管进行分离鉴定,采用Kirby-Bauer纸片扩散法测定其耐药性。【结果】沙门氏菌分离率为16.7%:藏鸡鸡胚(20%),彭县黄鸡弱雏(13.3%)。耐药率:对青霉素、吉他霉素和林可霉素的耐药性最高(100%);对新霉素和链霉素耐药性严重(70%以上);对诺氟沙星的耐药率为0。【结论】沙门氏菌耐药及多重耐药现象普遍,总体呈现藏鸡的耐药率高于彭县黄鸡或与其持平的趋势;藏鸡分离株的敏感率也高于彭县黄鸡分离株。[Objective] To study the different resistances of Salmonella contamination on chicken from Tibet and Pengxian, as well as the isolation, identification and test the antimicrobial susceptibility of samples from Salmonella. [Method] Chromogenic medium named CHR Magar and the micro biochemical tube were used to isolate and identify Salmonella. And we also employed the Kirby-Bauer method to detect the antimicrobial susceptibility. esult] The Salmonella isolation rate is 16.7% with Tibetan chicken embryos (20%), Pengxian weak young chicken (13.3%). Resistant rate: the separation of Salmonella of penicillin, kitasamycin and clindamycin's resistant rates were up to 100%, which is the highest; Neomycin and strep- tomycin's resistance rates were all above 70%, ranking second; All the strains were sensitive to norfloxacin which drug with the resistance rate 0. [Conclusion] The resistance and multi drug resistance of Salmonella are common. It shows an overall trend that the resistance rate of Tibetan chicken is higher than that of Pengxian's or its flat trend. Meanwhile, Tibetan chicken isolates from susceptibility test also shows higher sensitivity rate compared to Pengxian chickens.
