微信辅助教学法在耳鼻喉科住院医师规范化培训中的应用探索

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是医学生培养的重要阶段,随着微信业务在生活中的广泛应用,很多带教老师也将其应用于住院医生规范化培训中。我们在住院医师规范化培训中利用微信提升了规培生的独立诊疗技能,推动住院医生规范化培训的效果,建立与信息化相匹配的灵活的临床教学模式,有效地将"半成品"医生培养和训练成"成品"的临床医生。Residents＇standardized training in hospitalis an important stage of medical student training. With theextensive use of WeChat in life, it is also used in residents＇clinical practice. We apply the WeChat software in clinical skill teaching practice to help residents to develop independent diagnosis and treatment skills and improve the effect of residents＇standardized training in hospital. Use this intelligent methods we developed a flexible clinical teaching model which match the current informative society. And we train the semi-finished students to finished doctors efficiently.
