浅谈“双轨合一”培养模式下临床医学专业学位研究生科研能力的训练——以骨科为例

摘　　要：临床医学专业学位研究生教育与住院医师规范化培训"双轨合一"培养模式已全面展开。本文以骨科为例,介绍了该培养模式的背景情况并分析了该模式下研究生科研能力培养方面存在的主要问题,并就如何有效提高"双轨合一"专业学位研究生的科研能力提出了几点建议。The work of ＂Double-track Integration＂ for postgraduate students with professional degree in clinical medicine and the standardized training for resident doctors has been comprehensively carried out. This article takes orthopedics as an example, describes the background of this education mode and analyses the main problems about the training of scientific research capacity. At last, some suggestions has are provided for the improvement of scientific research capacity.
