探讨多层螺旋CT与单层螺旋CT诊断胰腺癌侵犯胰周血管的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 研究分析胰腺癌侵犯胰周血管使用多层螺旋CT与单层螺旋CT诊断的价值。方法 根据2013年1月~2014年12月我院的86例胰腺导管细胞患者进行分析。术前为患者进行多层和单层螺旋CT诊断,并按此分组,对比两组患者的临床诊断情况。结果 多层螺旋CT检查胰腺癌侵犯胰周血管的敏感性和准确性较高,要优于单层螺旋CT（P〈0.05）,这两种检查方法临床中的特异性差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 胰腺癌侵犯胰周血管使用多层螺旋CT检查的价值比单层螺旋CT高。Objective To study the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT and single slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma invasion 0f pancreatic vessels. Methods According to the 86 cases of pancreatic duct cell in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014. Before operation, the patients were diagnosed with multiple layers and single slice spiral CT, and according to this group, the clinical diagnosis of the two groups were compared. Results The peripancreatic vessels invasion of high sensitivity and accuracy of multislice spiral CT in pancreatic cancer is better than that of single slice spiral CT （P〈0.05）, the specificity＇of the two methods of inspection in clinical no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The value of multi-slice spiral CT in the treatment of pancreatic carcinoma invasion of the pancreatic vessels is higher than that of Single slice spiral CT, and its application in clinical practice should be paid more attention to.
