探讨双层螺旋CT对肺部单发结节的诊断意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨双层螺旋CT检查肺部单发结节的临床价值。方法根据2013年2~10月我院的80例肺部单发结节患者进行研究分析,为患者使用双层螺旋CT诊断,对患者的恶性结节和良性结节病例数以及类型进行观察分析。结果 双层螺旋CT诊断出恶性结节42例,良性结节30例,有8例患者没有确诊,此次诊断的灵敏度是87.5%、特异性是93.8%、准确性是90%,和最终病理诊断的结果比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 肺部单发结节使用双层螺旋CT诊断的效果突出,灵敏度、准确率以及特异性高,临床中有非常重要的应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical value of double helical CT in the examination of solitary pulmonary nodules. Methods 80 cases of pulmonary solitary nodule ＇patients were chosen to conduct research and analysis from February to October 2013 in our hospital, for patients to use double helical CT diagnosis, for patients with malignant and benign nodules were number and types were observed and analyzed. Results Double helical CT diagnosed in 42 cases of malignant nodules, 30 cases of benign nodules, 8 cases were not diagnosed, the diagnostic sensitivity is 87.5%, specificity is 93.8%, the accuracy is 90%, the difference and the final pathological diagnosis of no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The effect of double spiral CT in diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodule is prominent, its sensitivity, accuracy and specificity are high.
