早期经内镜套扎术联合硬化剂注射治疗肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察早期内镜下套扎术联合硬化剂注射治疗肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效。方法肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血24 h内内镜下行套扎术联合硬化剂注射治疗。结果急诊止血率高达96%,近期再出血率、远期再出血率、复发率较低,曲张静脉清除率较高。结论早期内急诊内镜下套扎术联合硬化剂注射治疗肝硬化后静脉曲张破裂出血,止血成功率高,安全、有效,操作简单。Objective To observe early efficacy of endoscopic band ligation combine with sclerotherapy cirrhosis esophageal variceal bleeding. Methods Endoscopic band ligationcombined with sclerotherapy cirrhosis esophageal varices bleeding within 24 hours. Results Emergency hemostasis rate up to 96%, recent rebleeding rate, long-term rebleeding rate and recurrence rate all low, high clearance rate of varicose veins. Conclusion Early endoscopic band ligationcombined with sclerotherapy cirrhosis esophageal varices bleeding, hemostasis success rate, Safe, effective, simple.
