摘 要:针对传统四轮定位仪精度不高、操作复杂的问题,设计了一套基于图像处理与计算机视觉的车辆四轮定位仪,给出了该仪器基于2D平面靶标的摄像机定标方法及摄像头拍摄连续图像的处理方法。最后分析了该车辆四轮定位仪的工作过程及工作原理,并与手工测量的车辆四轮定位参数进行了对比实验,实验结果表明基于图像处理与计算机视觉的车辆四轮定位仪的设计理论和方法都是正确的。To overcome the low accuracy and complex operation of the traditional four-wheel aligner, a vehicle four-wheel aligner based on image processing and computer vision was designed. The instrument's camera calibration method based on 2D plane target and processing method of the continuous images taken by the camera are given. The working process and principle of the designed vehicle four-wheel aligner are analyzed. The contrast experiment for the vehicle four-wheel aligning parameters measured by the aligner and manual operation was performed. The experimental resuhs show that the design theory and method of the vehicle four-wheel aligner based on image processing and computer vision are correct.
