摘 要:目的采用拉曼光谱法结合吸附剂预浓缩前处理对毒死蜱农药进行快速检测。方法对比MgSi_3·5H_2O、MgSiO_3、C_(18) 3种具有强吸附效果的常用吸附剂对毒死蜱的预浓缩效果,并探讨拉曼光谱技术及吸附剂预浓缩联用对不同浓度毒死蜱溶液的检测效果。结果 Mg Si3·5H2O对毒死蜱农药具有较好的吸附作用,MgSi_3·5H_2O吸附剂预浓缩及拉曼光谱技术联用方法对微量毒死蜱溶液的检测限有明显的提高,检测限提高了两个数量级以上。结论该预浓缩处理方法操作简单、通用性好,可应用于拉曼光谱技术的各种微量成分的分析检测。Objective To establish a method for the detection of chlorpyrifos pesticide by Raman spectroscopy combined with adsorbent preconcentration pretreatment. Method Using 3 kinds of commonly used adsorbents including Mg Si3·5H2O, MgSiO3 and C(18), the adsorbent effect of preconcentration were compared, and the detection effect of chlorpyrifos solution with different concentration was investigated by Raman spectroscopy. Results Mg Si3·5H2O had a better effect on the adsorption of chlorpyrifos pesticide, and the method of Raman spectroscopy combined with Mg Si3·5H2O adsorbent preconcentration had noticeably improved the detection limits of the chlorpyrifos solution. The limit of detection had been increased by more than two times in magnitude. Conclusion The preconcentration method is simple, universal, which can be applied for the detection of all kinds of trace constituents in Raman spectroscopy.
