摘  要:探讨轧花工艺与手摘棉品质指标间的关系。以库尔勒尉犁县某轧花厂为试验场,测试了一天中不同时间段皮棉的回潮率,分析了回潮率、轧花速度和喂花量对皮棉上半部平均长度、纤维强度和短纤维指数的影响规律。试验发现,皮棉回潮率受车间温湿度影响会发生变化;皮棉回潮率、轧花速度和喂花量三因素与轧花品质存在相关性,是轧花过程的重要参数;皮棉回潮率、轧花速度和喂花速度三变量因素对棉纤维上半部平均长度影响不显著,对棉纤维强度、短纤维指数影响显著,数据拟合效果均较差。认为:原棉的品质指标与其各影响因素存在着复杂的非线性关系。The relationship among cotton ginning technology and hand picked cotton quality index were discussed. A ginnery in Yuli county, Korla was taken as testing ground, moisture regains of ginned cotton at different time of one day were tested. The effect rules of moisture regain, cotton ginning speed and feed quantity of cotton on upper half mean length,fiber strength and short fiber index were analyzed. It was found in tests that moisture regain of ginned cotton is affected by the temperature and humidity of workshop. Three factors like moisture re- gain of ginned cotton, cotton ginning speed and feed quantity of cotton are important parameters in cotton ginning process and correlated with ginning quality. Effect of ginned cotton moisture regain,cotton ginning speed and cot- ton feeding quantity on cotton upper half mean length is not obvious. The influences on cotton fiber strength and short fiber index are obvious. Data imitation are worse. It is considered that there is a complex nonlinear relation- ship between raw cotton quality index and its affected factors.
