摘　　要：牙齿异位的情况临床中较常见,大多数异位牙发生于原牙位周围,牙齿远距离异位罕见。本文报道1例上颌前磨牙腭中缝异位伴颏部多生牙病例,并结合相关文献对其进行讨论。Ectopic tooth is a common problem reported in clinics. Ectopic tooth generally occurs around its primary position, and long-distance displacement is rare. A case of ectopic maxillary premolar in palatal suture with a supernumerary tooth in the mentum region was reported in this study, and the relevant literature is presented in this paper.
