娱乐场所火灾危险度分析及防火对策研究

摘　　要：在公共娱乐场所火灾中,由其建筑面积大、易燃材料多、人员大量聚集且疏散困难,极易导致建筑物的大幅损坏和大规模的人员伤亡。从场所自身防火设计、消防设施、安全疏散及装饰物和消防管理4个方面创立风险指标评价体系,并确定指标权重。基于古斯塔夫评价法,对娱乐场所的固有火灾危险度和人员火灾危险度进行分析,并对二者加权处理得到了能划分安全等级的娱乐场所火灾危险度。针对娱乐场所建筑特点和火灾风险特征,提出公共场所的防火对策,为公共场所火灾风险预防和控制提供了科学依据。In the fire of public entertainment places,it covers a large area,the inflammable materials are sufficient,and the aggregation of a large number of people would make it difficult to evacuate which will result in a huge losses on property and personnel.Based on the building design of fire prevention,fire equipment,safety evacuation,and fire management,a risk index assessment system is established,and the weight is determined.Based on the Gustaf evaluation method,natural fire risk degree and personnel fire risk degree are analyzed,and the fire risk degree in entertainment places with the divided security level is obtained through the weighted processing.According to the characteristics of buildings in the entertainment places and fire risk characteristics,effective fire prevention measures are put forward to improve the prevention and control of the entertainment places,it provides a scientific basis for fire risk prevention and control in entertainment places.
