摘　　要：目的了解我院门诊疑似患者人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）感染情况及其基因亚型分布情况。方法回顾性分析2014年1月-2015年12月本院门诊疑似HPV感染者临床资料及其基因亚型检测结果，比较不同性别、季节和年龄组HPV感染特点及其基因亚型分布情况。结果9154例门诊疑似HPV感染患者中，HPV阳性2125例（23．21％），其中男93例（4．38％），女2032例（95．62％）。低危亚型以HPV6和HPV81检出率最高，男分别为15．56％和8．89％，女分别为16．42％，11．58％；高危亚型以HPV52，16和58型检出率最高，男分别为22．73％，16．67％和12．02％，女分别为20．42％，14．74％和8．11％。31～40岁为感染最高峰，21～50岁组HPV检出率明显高于其他年龄组HPV检出率，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。单一HPV亚型感染1416例（72．99％），高危型HPV感染1268例（65．36％），HPV感染主要流行于春季（尤其3月和4月）与夏季（特别是7月和8月）。结论我院门诊就诊人群HPV感染率较高，以中青年女性为著，呈单一高危型HPV感染，应提高疑似HPV感染高危人群季节性筛检力度与范围。Objective To investigate the hospital outpatient service in patients with suspected human papillomavirus （HPV） infection situation and its gene subtype distribution. Methods Retrospective analysis in January 2014 to December 2015 suspected of HPV infection in our hospital outpatient service clinical data and the testing results of gene subtype, compare different genders, different seasons and age distributions of HPV infection characteristics and genetic subtypes. Results Nine thousand one hundred and fifty four cases of outpatient service in patients with suspected HPV infection, HPV positive 2 125 cases （23.21%） , male, 93 cases （4. 38% ） , female 2 032 cases （95.62%）. Low-risk subtypes in HPV 6 and HPV81 the highest detection rate, male 15.56% and 8.89%, respectively, female were 16.42% , 11.58% ; High-risk subtypes in HPV52, 16 and 58 the highest detection rate, men were 22. 73%, 16. 67% and 12. 02% , the female were 20. 42% , 14. 74% and 8. 11%. 31 - 40 for the infection＇s highest peak, HPV detection 21 - 50 years old group was obviously higher than that of other age groups of HPV detection, differences were statistically significant （all P 〈 0. 05 ）. A single subtype of HPV infection in 1 416 cases （72. 99% ）, 1 268 cases of high-risk type HPV infection （65.36%）, the HPV infection mainly in spring （march, April） and summer （July and August）. Conclusion Crowd of HPV infection rate is high, our hospital clinics in young and middle-aged women, single high-risk type HPV infection, should improve the suspected HPV infection seasonal screening high-risk population dynamics and scope.
