摘　　要：患者男,6岁。口唇黏膜、双手皮疹5年伴腹痛、便血半年,加重3d。皮肤科情况:口唇、颊黏膜及指尖皮肤均有大小不一的黑色素沉着斑。内镜检查:胃、结直肠多发息肉,息肉组织病理检查示良性腺样错构瘤。诊断:色素沉着-息肉综合征。A 6-year-old male patient with rash of oral mucosa, two hands for five years, abdominal pain, hematochezia for half a year, and hematochezia aggravated for 3 days. Skin examination： lips, buccal mucosa and fingertip skin had the different size of melanin pigmentation spots. Endoscopy： Gastric, colorectal with multiple polyps. Polyp tissue pathological examination： Benign glandular hamartoma. Diagnosis： Peutz-Jeghers syndrome.
