网状色素性皮病1例

摘　　要：患者男,30岁。全身网状黑褐色色素沉着20余年。面颈、躯干及四肢可见网状黑褐色色素沉着,尤以颈部、躯干及上肢为重,头部毛发稀疏,发质干脆,双侧眉毛外1/3稀疏,掌跖点状角化过度、双手指甲萎缩、脱落,双手掌皮纹减少,拇指指纹消失。皮损组织病理示:棘层萎缩变薄,真皮浅中层血管周围中等量淋巴细胞浸润并见大量嗜色素细胞。诊断:网状色素性皮病。A 30-year-old male presented with brown generalized reticulate hyperpigmentation for 20 years. Clinical examination showed brown reticulate hyperpigmentation located on the face, trunk and limbs, particularly on the neck, trunk and upper limbs. The hairs on the scalp were thinning and brittle. The outer third eyebrows were rarely seen. Punctate hyperkeratosis were on the palms and soles. Finger nails were atrophy or fell off and the loss of dermatoglyphics over the fingers and palms were observed. Histopathology revealed atrophy and thinning of stratum spinosum, perivascular infiltration with moderate lymphocytes in the superficial and medial dermis, and a large number of melanophages. The diagnosis of dermatopathia pigmentosa reticularis was made.
