摘 要:目的:探讨初级创伤救治(PTC)模式在急诊专科护士临床实践培训中的应用效果。方法:通过建立PTC工作站,将参加急诊专科护士培训的3期共52名学员采用PTC模式对其进行培训,比较培训前后学员的创伤急救知识、专项操作、授课成绩、情景演练考核结果,分析PTC教学模式下学员的培训效果。结果:采用PTC模式对学员进行培训,52名学员培训后急救知识、专项操作、授课能力、情景模拟考核成绩均合格,培训后学员的考核成绩均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PTC教学模式是一种新型的教学方法是对我国急诊专科护士培训模式的一种探索和补充,能有效提高学员的应急处置能力,是一种行之有效的急救培训方式,值得临床应用和推广。Objective: To explore the application effect of primary trauma care( PTC) mode in clinical practice training of specialized emergency nurses.Methods: Established PTC work station,conducted training on 52 students participating in specialized emergency nurse training of the 3 phases with the PTC mode,compared trauma care knowledge,special operation,teaching achievement,scenario exercise examination result of students before and after the training,and analyzed the teaching effect of students under the PTC teaching mode. Results: First aid knowledge,special operation,teaching ability and scenario exercise examination result of the 52 students after the training of PTC mode were all qualified,students' examination results after the training were all higher than those before the training,and the difference was of statistical significance( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: PTC teaching mode is a new teaching method and an exploration and supplement for specialized emergency nurse training in our country. It can effectively enhance students' emergency handling ability,and it is an effective first aid training method,for which it is worth of clinical application and promotion.
