摘  要:随着人们对新能源汽车节能要求的提高,双转子电机因其功率/转矩密度高而逐步引起了人们在混合动力汽车开发方面的关注。以一种基于双转子电机和行星齿轮机构的并联混合动力系统为研究对象,结合双转子电机的工作原理及行星齿轮机构的工作特性,运用等效杠杆法对其功能原理进行了系统分析,结果表明,通过双转子电机和行星齿轮机构可以实现包括驻车启动发动机、驻车发电、纯电驱动行驶、纯电驱动启动发动机、发动机单独驱动、发动机驱动发电、联合驱动和制动能量回收在内的8种功能,研究成果可为双转子电机在混合动力汽车中的应用提供理论参考。With the improvement of the energy seeing requirement for new energy vehicles ,people pay more attention to the dual rotor motors because the power density and torque density of the dual rotor motors are better than the conventional motor. A parallel hybrid electric vehicle based on the dual rotor motor and planetary gear was studied. The function principle was analyzed systematically based on the working principle of the dual rotor motor,the working characteristics of the planetary gear mechanism and method of equivalent lever. The results showed that 8 kinds of function could be realized. They were starting engine when parking, generating when parking, pure electric driving, starting engine when pure electric driving, driving by only engine, driving and generating by engine, driving by engine and motor, braking energy recovery. The analysis can provide a reference far the application of dual rotor motor in hybrid electric vehicle.
