参芪扶正注射液对宫颈癌术后放疗患者细胞免疫功能及生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察参芪扶正注射液对宫颈癌术后放疗患者细胞免疫功能及生存质量的影响。方法将200例宫颈癌术后放疗患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各100例,2组术后均给予体外全盆腔照射放疗,5次/周,治疗组同时给予参芪扶正注射液250 m L静脉滴注,1次/d,2组疗程均为5周。观察2组治疗前后细胞免疫功能、生存质量指标变化情况。结果治疗5周后,治疗组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+及NK水平均较治疗前、同期对照组明显升高(P均<0.05),CD8^+明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后2组血清IFN-γ、IL-2水平均明显升高(P均<0.05),IL-4、IL-8及IL-10水平均明显降低(P均<0.05),且治疗组改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后对照组QLQ-C30(V3.0)量表评分无明显改善(P>0.05),而治疗组较治疗前及同期对照组明显改善(P均<0.05)。结论宫颈癌术后放疗联合应用参芪扶正注射液可有效提高细胞免疫功能,改善生活质量。Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on cellular immune function and survival quality in patients accepted radiotherapy after surgery for cervical cancer. Methods 200 cases of patients accepted radiotherapy after surgery for cervical cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group had 100 cases. Both groups were given whole pelvic radiation in vitro after surgery for cervical cancer,5 times per week. The treatment group was given Shenqi Fuzheng injection 250 m L by intravenous drip one time per day. Both groups were treated for 5 weeks.The changes of indexes of cellular immune function,survival quality before and after treatment were observed in both groups.Results After 5 weeks treatment,the levels of CD3＋,CD4＋,CD4＋/ CD8＋and NK were significantly higher while that of CD8＋was lower in treatment group compared with that before treatment and in control group after treatment（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of serum IFN- γ,IL- 2 were increased obviously,while that of IL- 4,IL- 8 and IL- 10 were decreased in both groups（ P 0. 05）,and the improvements in treatment group were better than that in control group（ P 0. 05）. The scores of QLQ- C30（ V3. 0） had no significant change after treatment in control group（ P 0. 05）,but the scores after treatment in treatment group were improved significantly compared with that before treatment and in control group after treatment（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Radiotherapy combined with Shenqi Fuzheng injection can effectively improve cellular immune function and survival quality in patients after surgery for cervical cancer.
