摘 要:目的观察MTA部分活髓切断术治疗年轻恒牙冠折露髓的临床疗效,观察用断冠再接和树脂粘接两种方法修复冠方缺损的临床疗效。方法纳入43颗冠折露髓的年轻恒牙,MTA部分活髓切断术后,21颗用断冠再接、22颗用树脂粘接修复冠方缺损。结果 MTA部分活髓切断术后3年的成功率为100%,断冠再接组和树脂粘接组的冠方修复的3年临床成功率分别为90.9%和95.2%,无统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 MTA部分活髓切断术能够促进冠折露髓的年轻恒牙牙根的继续发育,断冠再接和树脂粘接均是年轻恒牙冠折露髓后冠方过渡性修复的可靠方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of using mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) partial pulpotomy in the treatment of complicated crown fracture for immature permanent teeth. To compare the clinical efficacy of fragment reattachment and resin bond in the treatment of immature permanent teeth restoration. Methods Forty -three immature permanent teeth with complicated crown fracture met the inclusion criteria and they were divided into 2 treatment groups (group attachment: 21 teeth, group resin bond: 22 teeth). After performing partial pulpotomy with MTA, all teeth were permanently restored using fragment reattachment or composite resin bond respectively. Results The success rate of partial pulpotomy using MTA in complicated crown fracture of immature permanent teeth was 100%. The success rates in Group attachment and Group resin bond were 90.9% and 95.2% in 36 months respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions The partial pulpotomy using MTA allows the formation of the root apex in complicated crown fracture of immature permanent teeth. The fragment reattachment and resin bond are reliable for immature permanent teeth with complicated crown fracture.
