牙周炎牙齿正畸加力前后龈沟液中RANKL和OPG的变化

摘　　要：目的探讨牙周炎患牙在正畸加力后牙周组织的变化。方法收集牙周健康(牙周健康正畸组)和牙周炎(牙周炎正畸组)矫正患者各8例,分别放置直丝弓矫治器。加力前和加力后1个月,测量并比较尖牙远中面牙周探诊深度(PD)、探针出血指数(SBI)和龈沟液中的细胞核因子κb受体活化因子配体(RANKL)、骨保护素(OPG)的质量浓度。结果牙周健康和牙周炎的牙齿在加力后1个月,龈沟液中OPG和RANKL的浓度均显著减少。但PD、SBI、RANKL/OPG无显著变化。结论牙周炎牙齿加力后1个月,PD、SBI、龈沟液中OPG、RANKL的变化和健康牙齿相似。Objective To investigate the changes in periodontium of patients with periodontitis after orthodontic force.Methods Straight wire appliance was used in 8healthy periodontal patients and 8periodontitis patients.The probing depth（PD）and sulcus bleeding index（SBI）on the distal surface of canine and the concentrations of receptor activator of nuclear factor-kappa B lig and（RANKL）and osteoprotegerin（OPG）in gingival crevicular fluid（GCF）were measured before and 1month after orthodontic force.Results The concentrations of RANKL and OPG in GCF significantly decreased in both healthy periodontal patients and periodontitis patients 1month after orthodontic force.However,no obvious changes were found in PD,SBI and RANKL/OPG.Conclusion The changes in PD,SBI and concentrations of OPG and RANKL in GCF 1month after orthodontic force in periodontitis teeth were similar to those in healthy teeth.
