摘 要:针对转筒式电涡流缓速器转矩特性进行了详细研究。给出了转筒式电涡流缓速器的结构参数。通过有限元软件MagNet和ThermNet进行了磁热耦合分析,给出了1500 r/mim恒转速情况下的磁密云图、电涡流云图和温度分布图。在此基础上给出了基于磁热耦合分析给出了电流、转速和转矩之间的关系特性。在磁热耦合分析数据结果的基础上对高速段局部转矩进行了高精度的预测。The torque characteristics for a rotary eddy current brake were studied in this paper. Firstly, the structure parameters of the eddy current brake were given and the magnetic-thermal coupling analysis had been done by using the Finite element analysis (FEA) software MagNet and ThermNet. Then the magnetic flux density, eddy current density and temperature distribution of rotor were calculated at speed 1500r/min. At last, the relationships between currents, speed and torque of electromagnetic brake were shown based on magnetic-thermal coupling analysis. Based on the results of the magnetic-thermal coupling analysis, the high precision of the local torque was predicted.
