大数据和慕课时代大学生信息素养教育的挑战、机遇和策略

摘　　要：目前大学生信息素养教育面临家庭电脑、宽带网络、佰元智能手机的普及,中小学阶段信息技术教育质量提高,以及文献数据库高级检索界面的功能增强与人机交互友好等诸多挑战;同时,大数据赋予信息素养新内涵、大学生创新创业训练计划、"大众创业、万众创新"背景下的创新创业学院、各类学科性的大学生竞赛,以及大学生早进课题、早进实验室、早进团队等给高校信息素养教育带来新的机遇。大数据和慕课时代大学生信息素养教育需要明确课程定位、内容体系与时俱进、采用慕课微课翻转等现代教育手段、持续丰富和优化慕课资源、开展线上线下教学、采用更加注重学习过程和学生发展的评价方式,旨在培养学生的信息意识、信息能力和信息道德,利于大学生的科学基础、自学能力、实践能力和创新创业能力融合发展。The information literacy education of the undergraduates has faced challenges, such as the popularity of home computer, broadband network, smart phone; improving the quality of information technology education in primary and secondary schools; the enhancing function of the advanced search interface of the literature database and the friendly human-computer interaction of the literature database. At the same time, the information literacy education of the undergraduates is facing new devel opment opportunities, such as big data gives the new connotation of information literacy; innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students; institute of innovation and entrepreneurship under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation; the planning of undergraduates to participate in research projects, the laboratory and the research team, early. The strategies of col lege＇s information literacy education is proposed and discussed, such as clear curriculum orientation; the teaching content system with the times; using the modern education methods for example MOOC, continuously enriching and optimizing the teaching resources of MOOC, carrying out online and offline teaching; adopting the evaluation method of more attention to the learning process and undergraduates＇ development. The information literacy education of the undergraduates aims to culti vate the students＇ information consciousness, information ability and information ethics. It will help the fusion development of the undergraduates＇ scientific foundation, self-learning ability, practical a bility, and the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.
