摘　　要：全科医生是医师队伍的重要组成部分,在价值准则上既具有医师的共性,也具有自身的个性。从"大医精诚"的优良传统中汲取价值观精华,从居民健康"守门人"的使命担当中确立价值追求,通过学校教育的奠基、行业自律的促进、舆论导向的激励和个人修养的保证,培育全科医生的职业价值观。General practitioners are important members of doctors. They do not only share common values of doctors, but also have their own characteristics with regard to value criterion. To receive benefit of values from the good traditions as advocated in the Virtual of a Great Physician, to establish ideal of values via being health gatekeepers of citizen are ways to foster professional values of general practitioners with school＇s education, profession self-regulation, inspiration from guidance of public opinions and guarantee of self-cultivation.
