摘　　要：目前研究认为肿瘤的复发转移与肿瘤干细胞有密切关系。对肿瘤干细胞与肿瘤侵袭转移相互关系的深入研究有助于提高肿瘤治疗疗效。然而,影响肿瘤干细胞发生侵袭转移的具体机制并不十分明确,其相关机制的研究主要集中在EMT的发生、肿瘤微环境的影响等。另外,中医药对肿瘤干细胞的治疗因其"多靶点、多途径"存在独特优势。Tumor recurrence and metastasis are known to be closely related to tumor stem cells. Understanding the relationship between tumor stem cells and tumor invasion are helpful may im- prove the therapeutic effect of tumor. However,the mechanism of the invasion and metastasis of cancer stem cells are still not clear. Current studies have shown that the related mechanisms mainly focus on the epithelial-mesenchymal transition （EMT）,tumor microenvironment,and so on. In addi- tion, the treatment of cancer stem cells by traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages.
