摘　　要：目的:探讨国医大师邓铁涛治疗心悸辨证用药规律,探索数据挖掘技术辅助名医经验传承可行性。方法:收集邓铁涛辨治心悸的证型与处方,采用数据挖掘方法,统计证素、用药、药物组合频次,药物之间的关联,核心组合等。结果:高频证素有血瘀、气虚、痰浊;高频药物有甘草、茯苓、党参;核心组合为四君子汤合生脉散以及若干新方。结论:邓铁涛善于以健脾养心、化痰祛瘀治疗心悸,方选四君子汤、生脉散、天王补心丹等;数据挖掘技术有助于分析、总结名医临床经验。Objective ：This study was conducted to analyze and quantify DENG Tietao＇s clinical experience in treating palpita- tions in terms of common patterns of the disease and the corresponding Chinese medicinal combination rules while evaluating the feasibility of combining data - mining methods with Traditional Chinese Medicine empirical evidence studies. Methods ： Twenty case histories and 67 prescriptions of patients diagnosed with palpitations and treated by DENG were reviewed. Data - mining methods were used to analyze patients＇ patterns identified by DENG and the prescribing frequencies of and combinations among medicinal herbs in his treatments. Results：Common patterns were blood stasis, qi deficiency, phlegm turbidity, while Sijunzi Decoc- tion combined with Shengmai Powder and a few other drug combinations were most common, with Gancao （Glycyrrhiza uralensis）, Fuling（Poria cocos） and Dangshen （Condonopsis pilosula） most frequently prescribed by DENG. Conclusion：Strengthening the spleen,tonifying and nourishing heart blood, resolving phlegm and dispelling stasis were DENG＇s major therapeutics in treating palpitations, for which Sijunzi Decoction, Shengmai Powder and Tianwang Buxin Mini - Pills were his core formulae. Data - mining methods were helpful in analyzing and quantifying the clinical experience of Chinese medicine professionals.
