肾之“相使贵贱”内涵探析

摘　　要：从"水为万化之原,肾为人之始生""肾为元气之根,天癸之源""肾为五脏之根,化源五脏之精"3方面探讨了肾之"相使贵贱"的内涵。"水为万化之原,肾为人之始生",从肾五行属水,水为万化之源角度论肾"贵";"肾为元气之根,天癸之源",从肾对人体生长、发育、生殖的重要性论肾"贵";"肾为五脏之根,化源五脏之精",从肾和五脏的相使关系论肾"贵"。This paper discusses the connotation of mutual - assistance and domination of kidneys from three aspects ： Water is the source for transforming;Kidney is the origin of human;Kidney is the root of primordial Qi and source of kidney - essence;Kid- ney is the root of five - Zang organs and transforms essence of five - Zang organs. It discusses kidneys based on five elements, the functions on growth, development and reproduction and the relationship between kidney and five -Zang organs.
