红藤解毒汤联合西药治疗小儿阑尾脓肿的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:为有效改善阑尾脓肿小儿患者临床病症,提高患者生活质量,临床探讨红藤解毒汤联合西药对小儿阑尾脓肿的治疗效果。方法:选取2013年1月—2015年7月于本院住院诊治的80例小儿阑尾脓肿患者,随机分为观察组40例与对照组40例,对照组患儿予以头孢美唑联合替硝唑抗感染为主的西药治疗,观察组患儿在对照组的用药基础上联合运用中药制剂红藤解毒汤治疗,观察与比较两组患儿临床症状、体征改善情况、所需住院时间以及白细胞计数、C-反应蛋白等血清学指标恢复情况,分析治疗效果,统计用药期间不良反应发生情况以及疾病复发情况。结果:观察组患儿的临床症状、体征消退时间及所需住院时间较对照组患儿显著缩短,其差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;在反映患儿病情程度的炎性因子指标白细胞计数及C-反应蛋白水平上,观察组亦较对照组恢复的程度更好,其差异亦具有统计学意义,P<0.05;两组不良反应发生率相比,对照组为17.5%,观察组为12.5%,两组不良反应发生情况差别无意义(x2=0.980,P>0.05);半年后疾病复发率相比,对照组为为12.5%,观察组为2.5%,观察组较对照组疾病复发少(x2=7.207,P<0.05);同时两组临床有效率比较,观察组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为82.5%,对照组较观察组疗效差(x2=7.825,P<0.05)。结论:针对小儿阑尾脓肿,采取以红藤解毒汤联合西药为主的治疗方案可明显改善患者症状、体征及抑制炎性反应,是有效的、安全的治疗方法,值得临床上进一步应用推广。Objective：In order to effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of appendiceal abscess in children and improve the quality of life,to study the effect,of Sargentgloryvine Stern Jiedu Decoction combined with western medicine on appendiceal ab- scess in children. Methods ：from January 2013 to July 2015 in our hospital,80 cases were randomly divided to observation group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）. The control group＇s patients were treated^with Cefmetazole combined with tinidazole based western medicine anti infection and the observation group＇s children combined Chinese medicine preparation Sargentglory- vine Stem Jiedu Decoction. Observe and compare the two groups clinical symptoms and signs improvement, required hospitalization time and white blood cell count, C - reactive protein and serum index recovery and analyze the therapeutic effect and adverse reac- tions occurrence and recurrence. Results：The observation group＇s clinical signs and symptoms subsided time and required hospital- ization time were significantly shorter than those in control group with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. The inflammatory factors such as white blood cell count and C - reactive protein level in the observation group were better recovered than those in the con- trol group and the difference also had statistical significance ,P 〈 0.05. The adverse effects of the control group was 17.5% and of the observation group 12.5%. The incidence of adverse reactions between two groups had no significance （X^2 = 0. 980, P 〉 0. 05 ）. Six months after treatment, the recurrence in the control group was 12.5% and that was 2.5% in the observation group（x^2 = 7. 207, P 〈 0.05）. The total efficiency of the observation group was 95 % and of the control group 82.5 % （ x^2 = 7. 825,P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：For appendiceal abscess in children, Sargentgloryvine Stem Jiedu Decoction combined with western medicine treatment can obviously improve the symptoms and signs of patients and inhibit the
