浓替硝唑含漱液与复方氯已定含漱液治疗口腔厌氧菌感染的疗效对比分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨浓替硝唑含漱液与复方氯已定含漱液治疗口腔厌氧菌感染的疗效差异。方法:将2012年7月—2015年3月因厌氧菌感染性牙龈炎、牙周炎和冠周炎于我院口腔科就诊的79例患者纳入研究并随机分组,对照组40例患者采用复方氯已定含漱液治疗,观察组39例患者则采用浓替硝唑含漱液,比较两组患者临床疗效差异及各种口腔厌氧菌的清除情况。结果:对照组平均清除率80.47%,总有效率82.50%,观察组平均清除率89.08%,总有效率97.44%,均高于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:浓替硝唑含漱液与复方氯已定含漱液均可有效治疗口腔厌氧菌感染,但浓替硝唑含漱液疗效更显著,致病菌清除更彻底,值得推广。Objective： To investigate the difference of tinidazole gargle with compound chlorhexidine gargle treatment in patients with oral anaerobic infections. Methods： 79 patients with anaerobic infections due to gingivitis, periodontitis and pericoronitis dental visits in our hospital from July 2012 to March 2015 were included and randomly assigned to the control group （40 patients）, which were treated with compound chlorhexidine gargle treatment, and the observation group （39 patients）, which were treated with tinidazole gargle, and the difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups of patients were compared. Results： The average clearance rate in control group was 80.47%; the total efficiency in control group was 82.50%; average clearance rate in the observation group was 89.08%, the total efficiency of in the observation group was 97.44%, which was higher compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Both of the tinidazole gargle and compound chlorhexidine gargle are effective in the treatment of oral anaerobic infections, but tinidazole gargle showed better efficacy, more thorough clearance of pathogenic bacteria, thus it is worthy of promotion.
