摘　　要：高职毕业生就业选择受多种因素影响。其中毕业生父母的就业态度对毕业生影响力度是深刻和关键。通过对毕业生的问卷调查和数据分析,探讨毕业生父母干渉毕业生就业选择的相关因素,包括就业自主权、求职预算、家长希望就业区域等。研究结果表明毕业生的依赖心理和经济不独立是干涉就业选择的重要因素和关键因素。the employment choices of college graduates are affected by kinds of reasons, and their parents ’ influence is the deepest one among them. This paper probes into the reasons and choices as well as variables analysis, including decision - making power, employment budget and areas, it turns out that anaclisis and economic requirements are the most important factors for parents, influence.
