摘　　要：自我教育是教育学中一个重要的理论范畴,它是主体性自我完善、提升以及管理的重要机制,由于统战工作是一项凝聚人心、寻求共识的思想性较强的工作,因而把自我教育的范畴引入到统战工作中对于充分发挥高校知识分子的主体性以提升统战工作的实效具有一定的借鉴价值。把自我教育引入到统战理论中既是现实需要,同时也是统战理论深化的有益探索。Self-education is an important theory field in pedagogy, and it is a main mechanism for subjects to self-improvement, promotion and management. As united front work can help people be in solidarity and consensus, so to introduce self-education into the united front work will improve the actual effect of making full use of the intellectuals in colleges and universities to play main role. To introduce self-education into the united front theory is both realistic need and valuable theory exploration.
