摘 要:建立了泵控马达系统仿真模型,对系统响应特性进行仿真研究和试验验证,结果表明:变量泵排量比由电信号决定,定量马达转速由电信号和泵转速共同决定。建立了静液压系统效率模型,对效率特性进行比较研究和试验验证,结果表明:泵控马达系统在大排量、中压、中高转速范围内具有良好的效率特性。The simulation model of a pump-control-motor system was established. Research simulation and test verification were carried out of response characteristic of the system. The findings were as follows: the displacement ratio of variable pump was decided by the current singal,the rotational speed of the fixed motor was decided by the current singal and the rotational speed of pump together. The efficiency model of hydrostatic system was performed. Research comparsion and test verification of efficiency characteristic were carried out. The research results show below: the pump-control-motor system has good efficiency characteristic within range of larger displacement,moderate pressure and moderate or higher rotational speed of the pump and the motor.
