摘　　要：基于Android设计了一种移动式井下安全生产综合数据管理系统,使得井下工作人员通过移动终端,能够与地面数据中心实时联系,及时了解安监情况。解决了井下和地面信息不对等的问题。给出了系统总体设计,详细介绍了客户端部分功能的实现。该系统对移动技术在煤矿安全管理工作中的应用,对于提高煤矿信息化程度、降低管理成本、减少煤矿事故的发生都有重要意义。In this paper a mobile underground safety production integrated data management system based on Android is proposed, which makes the underground staffs get in touch with the ground-based data center and the coal mine situation in real-time, and solves the problem of information unequal between the underground and the ground. This article introduces the overall design of the system and introduces partial functions of client-side in detail. The system is of important significance to apply the mobile technology in under-the-mine safety monitoring work, and to improve coal mine informationization level, decrease management cost and coal mine accident.
