摘 要:运用2005-2014年我国18个高技术行业中大中型内资企业的面板数据,实证分析了R&D经费内部支出、R&D人员全时当量、政府资金、技术改造费用支出以及新增固定资产对高技术产业自主创新能力的影响.实证结果显示,从全部行业来看,R&D经费内部支出、技术改造经费支出和政府资金对我国高技术产业自主创新能力具有显著的正向影响,新增固定资产和R&D人员全时当量对我国高技术产业自主创新能力有一定的正向影响,但不显著.从细分行业来看,这些因素对各行业自主创新能力的影响又有所不同.This paper analyzed the influences of internal R&D expenditure, full-time equivalent of R&D personnel, gov- ernment funds, expenditure for technical renovation and newly increased fixed assets on China's independent innovation ability by using 18 high-tech industrieff panel data of large and medium-sized domestically funded enterprises. From the perspective of the whole industry, empirical results indicate that internal R&D expenditure, expenditure for technical renovation, government funds have a significant positive effect on the independent innovation ability of China's high-tech industry. Newly increased fixed assets and full-time equivalent of R&D personnel have a certain positive effect, hut the effect is not significant. From the indus- try point of view, these factors have different effects on the independent innovation ability in various industries.
