摘　　要：高校的任务是培养大学生的多种能力,提高学生的综合素质,让大学生都能够适应现代社会,并且具有良好的社会道德和优秀的职业素养。高校中的班级是学生在学校里最基本的团体,是学校对学生进行教育和管理的最基本、最直接的单位,是学生学习、活动、成长的基本场所,是学生在学校的"家"。优秀的班级会产生催人向上的、积极的氛围,对每个学生的成长具有巨大的教育作用,促使学生在集体的健康舆论影响下和先进分子的带动下,成为有理想、积极向上、道德品质良好的大学生。班干部的作用是衡量一个班集体是否优秀的重要因素。如果一个班级中的班干部都能在班级管理中发挥主动性、积极性和创造性,团结协作地管理好班级,那么这个班级必定是有凝聚力、积极向上的优秀的班级。The task of colleges and universities is to cultivate students＇ multiple abilities and improve their overall quality, so that they can adapt to the modem society with a good social morality and an excellent professional quality. As the basic unit for uni- versity students, classes are places for the education and management of students and for the learning and growth of students. An outstanding class will play a positive role in each student＇s growth. In such an active atmosphere, students are influenced by healthy public opinions and guided by activists. The role of class cadres is an important factor measuring whether a class is outstanding. If the cadres of a class can collaboratively manage their class based on subjectivity, enthusiasm and creativity, the class will be an outstanding class.
