摘　　要：随着时代的进步以及人们生活水平的日益提高，人们对生活中的各个方面都有了较高的要求。冷冻包装就是在这一需求下产生的。冷冻技术的进步不仅使我们的生活更加便利，同时使我们的生活更加健康。本文首先简要地介绍了冷冻包装的定义，然后就冷冻包装主要的应用食品冷冻包装和疫苗的冷冻包装进行了详细的介绍，在介绍中就相应技术的发展历程以及相应领域的最新技术进行了简要的介绍。with the progress of era and the rising of people＇s Iiving standard in all aspects of people＇s life has a higher request, frozen packaging is produced under this requirement.Refrigeration technology not only makes our life more convenient, at the same time, make our life more healthy.This article first briefly introduced the definition of refrigerated packing, then packing mainly the application of food freezing and frozen vaccine of refrigeruted packing has carried on the detailed introduction, introduced the corresponding technology development course and the corresponding fields in the latest technology was introduced in brief.
