摘　　要：高等职业教育强调重视实践教学,全国职业院校技能大赛是职业教育改革与发展的指挥棒,也是实践教学的推进器。笔者归纳总结了高职技能大赛训练学生的模式与方法,结合高职教学的特点,为培养学生的职业适应能力具有可持续性,在运用这些模式和方法时应该树立正确的职业道德、终身学习、问题导向、反思性学习等观念,通过实践验证,文中的一些做法值得思考、借鉴和推广。As higher vocational education emphasizes the importance of practice teaching, the national vocational college skills competition becomes the baton of the reform and development of vocational education, but also the pro- peller of practical teaching. This paper summarizes the training mode and method of vocational skills contest, and points out that students should set up the correct occupational ethics, lifelong learning, problem-oriented and reflective learning concepts in applying these models and methods for improving students＇ sustainable vocational adaptability. The practice brings up some reflection and provides references for this field.
