摘 要:目的探讨脑膜瘤中MCM2、E2F3的表达与临床及病理特征的关系。方法收集2013~2015年西南医科大学附属医院神经外科手术切除并经病理确诊的脑膜瘤标本69例以及2015年脑外伤患者行内外减压术采集的正常脑膜19例,运用免疫组化检测MCM2、E2F3在脑膜瘤以及正常脑膜中的表达,分析瘤组织中MCM2、E2F3的表达与脑膜瘤临床及病理特征的关系。结果脑膜瘤中MCM2、E2F3的表达强度明显高于正常脑膜(P<0.05)。MCM2、E2F3在不同病理级别脑膜瘤间的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且与脑膜瘤的病理级别呈正相关(P<0.05)。MCM2、E2F3在不同性别、年龄、部位、大小脑膜瘤间的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。脑膜瘤中的MCM2与E2F3表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论脑膜瘤中MCM2、E2F3的表达水平显著增高,并且与病理分级程度密切相关,在调控脑膜瘤细胞的异常增殖方面起协同作用,值得临床引起重视。Objective To discuss the relationship between the expression of MCM2 and E2F3 in meningioma, and t^he clinical and pathological characteristics. Methods 69 cases of meningioma specimens derived from operation resection and diagnosed by pathology in the Department of Neurosurgery, the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from 2013 to 2015, and 19 cases of noi'rnal meningeal collected from patients with cerebral trauma by internal and ex- ternal decompression in 2015 were collected. Immunohistochemistry was applied to detect the expression of MCM2 and E2F3 in meningioma and normal meningeal. The relationship between the expression of MCM2 and E2F3 in menin- gioma, and the clinical and pathological characteristics of meningioma were analzyed. Results The expression intensity of MCM2 and E2F3 in meningioma was significantly higher than that in the normal meningeal tissues (P 〈 0.05). Sig- nificant differences in the expression of MCM2 and E2F3 were found among different levels of pathology meningioma (/9 〈 0.05), and the correlation between the expression of MCM2 and E2F3 in meningioma and the pathological grading of meningioma was positive (P 〈 0.05). The differences of the expression of MCM2 and E2F3 in meningioma between dif- ferent genders, ages, locations, tumor sizes were not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05). The correlation between the ex- pression of MCM2 and E2F3 in meningioma was positive (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The expression of MCM2 and E2F3 in meningioma increased significantly and correlated with pathological grading of meningioma closely. Both of them may have synergistic effect on regulating abnormal proliferation of meningioma ceils. Therefore, it is worthy of promotion in clinic.
