养正消积胶囊配合化疗治疗高龄晚期胃癌的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察养正消积胶囊配合化疗治疗高龄晚期胃癌的临床效果及安全性。方法 选取河南省肿瘤医院2014年1月~2016年1月收治的120例高龄晚期胃癌患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为试验组和对照组,各60例。试验组采用养正消积胶囊,1.56 g/次,3次/d,口服,配合SOX方案;对照组单纯给予SOX方案治疗。21 d为1个周期,至少完成2个周期。评价患者近期疗效和不良反应发生情况,采用卡氏功能状态评分（KPS）评价患者生活质量,采用营养风险筛查表（NRS2002）评价患者营养状况。结果 试验组近期疗效优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;试验组胃肠道不良反应少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,非胃肠道不良反应也少于对照组,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。试验组生活质量改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。试验组治疗后营养状态优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 养正消积胶囊配合化疗治疗高龄晚期胃癌安全有效,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsules combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods One hundred and twenty cas- es of elder!y patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to Tumor Hospital＇ Affiliated to Zhengzh0u University from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as research objects, and they were divided into experimental group and control group according to different treating methods, with 60 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsules （once 1.56 g, three times a day, po） combined with SOX regimen, and the control group Was treated with SOX regimen, 21 d was as a course, lasting for 2 ~courses at least. The short＇term efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated. The Karn0fsky performance status （KPS） was used to evaluate the quality of life, the nutritional risk screening （NRS2002） was used to evaluate nutritional status. Results The short-term efficacy of experimental group was better than that of control group, but the difference ~was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）; the gastrointestinal reactions in experimental group were less than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0,05）, the non-gastrointestinal reactions in experimental group were less than those of control group, but the differences were not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. The improvement of quality of life in the experimental group was better than that of control gi＇oup, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The nutritional status after treatment in the experimental group was better than that of control group, with a significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsules combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of elder- ly patients with advanced gastric cancer is safe and efficacy, which ＇is worthy of further promotion and ap- plicatio
