摘  要:从运动会改革角度分析了高校现行游泳竞赛存在的问题。借鉴商业超市的经营理念和运行模式,从场地布局、信息管理、参赛模式、竞赛模式、项目设置、奖励机制等6个方面对游泳竞赛"超市化"进行了探索。实践证明游泳竞赛"超市化"产生了节约人力、物力、时间和资源等方面的显著效益,达到了扩大参与人数、提高竞赛效率、活跃赛场气氛、提升游泳锻炼情趣、促进教赛融合等目标。The problems existing in the current swimming competitions in universities are analyzed from the perspective of sports meeting reform. Referring to the marketing ideas and operation models of commercial supermarkets, "supermarketbased" swimming competitions are explored from such 6 aspects as site arrangement, information management, participation models, competition models, event setting and reward systems. Practice proves that "supermarket-based" swimming competitions have significant benefits in labor power, material power, time and resource, having achieved the expected goals, such as increasing the number of participators, improving the efficiency of competitions, activating the atmosphere of competition sites, arousing the interest in swimming exercises, and promoting teaching-competition integration.
