摘　　要：高校教师绩效评估是激励教师以及学校发展的重要手段。科学合理的绩效评估是为了促进绩效。要发挥绩效评估的激励作用,必须倡导人文关怀,关注教师个体的发展及其生存体验。Performance assessment plays an important part in inspiring college professors and improving college development. A scientific and appropriate performance assessment system is supposed to improve performance. And in order to achieve that, we must advocate humane care during the process and take care of professors＇ individual development and living experience.
