摘　　要：理实一体化教学,是军队任职教育院校装备教学的发展方向。就航空装备理实一体化教学建设而言,首先,制定科学合理的人才培养方案;其次,进行适合专业发展方向的"三材"建设,包括人才、教材、器材建设;然后基于建设好的软、硬件条件,将多种教学方法融合,以便课堂上达到良好的教学效果;最后,建立与培养目标一致的理论与实操相结合的考核标准。Teaching mode of theory-practice integration is inevitable development direction of new e- quipment teaching in position-oriented academy. First of all, a scientific and reasonable personnel training program should be made. And then, faculty team construction, teaching material construction and laboratory construction should be done according to professional field. A variety of teaching methods can be used in the class to improve well teaching effects. Finally, a examine standards combining theory with practice could be constructed that has the same aim to training objective.
