摘　　要：以海军某院校近年来参与执行海军重大涉外任务的部分学员为访谈对象,客观分析了我军学员在跨文化交际中存在的问题,并进一步提出了适应海军院校学员提升跨文化交际能力的策略与建议。The present interview study investigates the intercultural communication competence of midshipmen from a naval university who were involved in some major foreign affair operations. This paper analyzes the difficulties and offers some suggestions on strategies to improve intercultural com- munication competence of Chinese midshipmen.
