摘  要:目的:探讨帕金森病(PD)伴发轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)患者血浆氧化应激指标水平的变化及意义。方法:选择PD患者86例为PD组,根据是否伴MCI分为MCI亚组48例和无MCI亚组38例,健康对照40例为对照组,记录PD组的性别、年龄、病程、受教育年限、Hoehn&Yahr(H-Y)分级,采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Mo CA)北京版对2组认知功能进行评估。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测2组血浆SOD、GSH和MDA水平。结果:PD组的血浆T-SOD、T-GSH水平低于对照组(P<0.01),MDA水平高于对照组(P<0.05);MCI亚组的血浆T-GSH水平低于无MCI亚组(P<0.01);PD患者Mo CA评分与受教育年限(β=0.721,P<0.01)、血浆T-GSH水平(β=0.415,P<0.01)呈正相关,与病程(β=-0.356,P<0.05)和H-Y分级(β=-0.295,P<0.05)呈负相关。结论:血浆抗氧化机制的受损可能参与PD患者的发病机制;血浆GSH水平的下降可能与PD患者的MCI具有相关性。Objective: To investigate the changes of plasma levels of oxidative stress biomarkers in Parkinson' s disease patients with cognitive impairment. Methods: Total 86 cases of PD patients were enrolled as the PD group. According to whether complicating with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), the patients were divided into two subgroups of the MCI group (48 cases) and the non MCI group (38 cases). Forty healthy subjects Were treated as the control group. The information including gender, age, illness duration, years of education and Hoehn & Yahr (H-Y)stage were recorded. Cognition function of all patients with PD and controls were measured by using Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)scal. The p 1 asma levels of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD), total glutathione(T-GSH) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured by ELISA. Results: The plasma levels of T-SOD and T-GSH in PD group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P〈0.01), and the levels of MDA in PD group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Plasma levels of T-GSH in PD group with MCI were obviously lower than PD group without MCI(P〈0.01). In PD patients, MoCA scores were positively correlated with years of education (β=0.721, P〈0.01) and plasma levels of T-GSH(β=0.415, P〈 0.01), and were negatively correlated with illness duration(β=- 0.356, P〈0.05) and H-Y stage (fl=--0.295, P〈 0.05). Conclusion: The antioxidants damage may be involved in the pathogenesis of patients with PD. The decrease in plasma levels of T-GSH may be associated with MCI in PD patients.
