摘 要:目的对比多乐氟和五倍子液在固定矫治过程中预防牙釉质脱矿的临床有效性。方法选择在我院接受固定正畸治疗的恒牙列患者60例,其中男28例,女32例,年龄11-20岁,随机分为两组。采用自我对照法,以上颌的中线为界,将病患左右两侧牙列分为实验侧和对照侧。A组于托槽粘结后在实验侧托槽周围涂布多乐氟,对照侧不处理;B组于托槽粘结后在实验侧托槽周围涂布五倍子液,对照侧不处理。在固定矫治前、矫治后12个月时观察双侧上颌切牙、尖牙和第二前磨牙的釉质脱矿发生率和脱矿程度,并进行统计学分析。结果各组实验侧矫治12个月后牙釉质脱矿情况和矫治前比较无统计学差异(P〉0.05);矫治后,多乐氟组与五倍子组预防牙釉质脱矿情况均好于对照组,有统计学差异(P〈0.05),组间没有统计学差异(P〉0.05)。结论多乐氟和五倍子液对固定矫治过程中釉质脱矿均具有较好的预防作用。Objective: To investigate and compare the effect of duraphat and gallnut compound on the prevention of en- amel demineralization in fixed orthodontic appliance therapy. Methods: Sixty patients ( 11 - 20 years old ,28 male and 32 fe- male) with permanent dentition underwent fixed orthodontic treatment and with maxillary first premolar extraction were in- eluded. They were randomly divided into two groups. Maxillary teeth were divided into 2 groups at central incisors. The teeth on one side were randomly assigned as experimental group and the contralateral teeth were control group. After bonding, Du- raphat were applied around the teeth brackets of the experimental side in group A. Gallnut compound were applied around the teeth brackets in group B. The enamel demineralization indexes were observed 12 months before and after bonding for the observation of tooth demineralization. Chi-square test was performed to analyze the data. Results : There was no statisti- cal difference between the data after treatment and before treatment in the experimental group( P 〉 0. 05 ). There was statis- tical difference between the experimental group and the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There was no statistical difference be- tween the duraphat group and the gallnut compound group after treatment( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: The curative effect of du- raphat and gallnut compound on the prevention of enamel demineralization is positive and similar in fixed orthodontic appli- ance therapy.
