肱踝脉搏波传导速度与成年男性无症状脑梗死的相关性研究

摘　　要：①目的探讨肱踝脉搏波传导速度（ba-PWV）与成年男性无症状性脑梗死（SCI）的关系。②方法以2011年6-12月在开滦总医院进行健康体检的904例男性作为研究对象，以无明显神经功能障碍且头颅螺旋CT显示2mm以上的脑组织内低密度坏死病灶作为 SCI的诊断标准；以1400cm／s作为ba-PWV的界值将人群分为ba-PWV增高组及ba-PWV正常组；采用多因素 Logistic回归模型分析ba-PWV增高与成年男性发生SCI的关系。③结果 ba-PWV正常组 SCI 23例（8．2％）；ba-PWV增高组SCI 208例（33．3％），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．001）。应用 logistic回归分析校正其他影响因素后， ba-PWV增高组发生SCI的风险是正常组的1．869倍（95％CI：1．056-3．309）。④结论成年男性 ba-PWV增高发生SCI的风险增加。Objective To investigate the correlationship of brachial ankle pulse wave velocity（ba-PWV）and silent cerebral infarct （SCI）in male individuals.Methods There were 904 cases of senior executives who came from the same unit and underwent the health screening performed from 2011 June to November in Kailuan General Hospital.It was the diagnostic criterion that one or more low density necrosis lesions greater than 2mm in CT imaging without obvious neurological dysfunction.All participants was divided into normal ba-PWV group （ba-PWV〈1400cm/s）and increased ba-PWV group （ba-PWV≥1400cm/s）,Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the correlation of ba-PWV on silent cerebral infarct in male patients.Results There were 23 case suffered with SCI ac-count for 8.2% in normal ba-PWV group,There were 208 case suffered with SCI account for 33.3% in increased ba-PWV group,the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P 〈0.001）. After adj usting other risk factors,Multiple logistic regression analysis demonstrate that the increased ba-PWV group was a risk factor for silent cerebral infarct,the OR value was 1.869 （95% CI：1.056-3.309）.Conclusion There is a closely correlation between increased baPWV and prevalence of silent cerebral infarction.
