摘 要:电力系统零序网络的稳定性直接影响到继电保护定值的灵敏性和选择性,是继电保护安全可靠运行的基础。电力系统零序网络主要由输电线路和中性点直接接地的变压器两类设备构成。研究提出了综合运用输电线路的自动重合闸技术和变压器中性点接地刀闸的自动切换控制技术,可以确保设备跳闸后以最快的速度恢复电力系统的零序网络,是电力系统零序网络的最优控制技术。分析总结了输电线路的自动重合闸技术,研究开发了变压器中性点接地刀闸的自动切换控制装置,其性能已经在现场运行中得到检验和验证,具备推广应用的条件。The sensitivity and selectivity of electronic protection relay’s constant value is directly influenced by the power system zero-sequence network’s stability, which is the foundation of safe and reliable operation of the relay protection. Zero sequence network topology is formed by transmission line and directly-grounding neutral point of transformer. Analysis shows that the integrated use of automatic reclosing of the transmission line and automatically switching grounding neutral point of transformer will ensure the equipment after tripping can resume the zero sequence power system networks as soon as possible. This technology is the optimal control technology of the zero sequence power system networks. In the following, it summarizes the automatic reclosing technology of transmission lines, researches the technology of automatic switching the grounding neutral point of transformer, and develops the corresponding control device. Device performance has been tested in actual operation and verification, which meets the application requirements.
