中医院校新生心理健康状况及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解中医院校大学新生心理健康状况,分析人格特质、父母教养方式对心理健康水平的作用,探索提升心理健康水平的干预途径。方法采用症状自评量表、卡特尔16PF人格量表和父母教养方式量表对湖北和江苏省2所中医院校2013-2015年全体新生进行调查与统计分析。结果心理问题具有规律性,强迫症状和人际关系敏感阳性检出率连续3年居首位;心理健康状况整体良好,但存在性别差异,女生心理问题更突出;多元回归分析表明,人格特质、父母教养方式能有效预测新生心理健康状况,消极人格特质和不良教养方式是导致心理问题的危险因素。结论中医院校应分类开展好心理健康教育,家长应给予子女更多的情感温暖、理解和支持,共同帮助大学生塑造健康的人格,增进身心健康,促进全面发展。Objective To understand the mental health status of freshmen from colleges of traditional Chinese medicine, to analyze the influence of personality trait and parental rearing style on mental health, and to explore the effective interventions to improve college students＇ mental health level. Methods SCL- 90,16PF and EMBU scale were used to test all freshman （in 2013 -2015） from two colleges of traditional Chinese medicine in Hubei and Jiangsu,and to collect their related information. Results Mental problems had their own regularity. The positive rates of obsessive - compulsive symptom and interpersonal relationship sensitivity were at the top in three consecutive years. The general status of mental health was good. But there was a gender difference, which mental problems in female were relatively more serious. Multiple linear regression showed that personality trait and parents rearing style could effectively predict the mental health status of freshmen. Negative personality trait and adverse rearing style were the risk factors which resulted in mental problems. Conclusion Colleges of traditional Chinese medicine should classify mental health education, and parents should give more effective understanding and support, in order to assist college students in shaping good personality and promoting mental health.
